Minister Bradley: Your ministry is currently engaged in developing a Long Term Affordable Housing Strategy for the Province of Ontario. I believe that it is very important that the strategy include a commitment on the part of the government to provide the legislative authority for municipalities to create comprehensive Inclusionary Housing programs that would require developers to include affordable housing in all new developments and provide the tools to protect that affordability over time.
